"Nestled atop an almost five acre cliff lot in Southern Utah, this 7,000+ square foot log home overlooks the creek below with an unobstructed view. The floor-to-ceiling living room windows, which rise up 30 feet, allow a view of the hillside covered with aspen and pine trees just behind the creek. Inside, you feel snug and sheltered from the falling winter snow, cool summer nights or seasonal thunderstorms. Each of the three levels has decks with a gazebo for dining or bird and deer watching attached to the main floor deck."

"The kitchen and bar areas with Verde Fire granite countertops (from Australian volcanoes) open into the living room. The Aged Wood® living room floor is Antique Distressed® Oak with a Minwax stain. The living room floor adds character and beauty and continues on the upstairs landing to tie in the third floor of the log home. Our builder, Dan Wiarda of Redrock Log Homes had worked with recycled wood flooring on other projects and said that the quality of the Aged Woods® product was superior."
